Are You Serious??

I'm here to chat about the impact you can have on someone's life, and have no idea you're having it.

I was recently so surprised to get a text from a guy I went to law school with.

“Do you remember me?”

Do I remember you? Seriously? Are you crazy? You were the reason I even went to lectures in law school. This guy was super cool, tanned, cute, a surfer. Him and his mates would take up the back row of the lecture theatre. I had a 4-year crush on this guy and he had no clue how excited I'd get when I saw him there.

In your leadership role, you may have no idea of the difference you’re making in other people’s lives. The things you say, the things you do. People are watching, interpreting, and remembering your words and actions. Think about this today:

How do you want people to describe you?

What impact do you want to have?

What is the legacy you want to create?

This week and every week, consciously choose your words and actions to become the leader you aspire to be.
